Mathico Mamaroneck
Mathico-Mamaroneck was established in 2015. Our mission is to help our students build a solid math foundation and develop the critical thinking skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Our in-class training is organized through small class sizes, where we create an enjoyable learning environment that emphasizes understanding through a systematic curriculum. We teach classes from 2nd to 12th grade according to the Common Core State Standards Initiative. We have professional teachers who value an individual approach to every student. We drive results!Seth PerlmutterProgram InstructorSeth is the director and chief mathematician at Mathico Mamaroneck. He enjoys working with children and helping people. In addition to his role at Mathico, he is currently a high school math teacher in his 15th year in the Bronx. Seth is patient and asks probing questions to ensure full understanding. Prior to 2007, he was a computer programmer/project manager for various software development companies. Seth holds a MA in Math Education from City College and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
